Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of this application and apply to all organizations.
By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to protect your account credentials.
You remain responsible for your data. We provide the service on a best-effort basis unless a separate SLA has been agreed.
Acceptable Use
You will use the service only in a lawful manner. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: abusive or fraudulent use, circumvention of security measures, unauthorized access or reverse engineering, sharing your credentials with third parties, or use to distribute harmful content or to violate applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation.
Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence and to typically foreseeable damage. Liability for slight negligence is limited to the extent permitted by law to the fees paid in the last 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect and consequential damages, lost profit, and data loss except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent permitted by law, the operator's place of business. Statutory jurisdiction for consumers remains unaffected.
Termination and Data
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship subject to reasonable notice. Upon termination, the data deletion and export rules described in the Privacy Policy (30-day period) apply. There is no right to recovery after that period.
Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no entitlement to a specific level of availability or uptime unless expressly agreed in a separate agreement (e.g. SLA).
Changes to Terms
We may change these terms with reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days). The change will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. For material changes we may require renewed acceptance.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
This service is primarily directed at businesses. If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. To exercise it, a simple notice to us is sufficient. If you have expressly agreed to performance before the withdrawal period expires, you remain liable to pay for services already received.
